Butler's Golf Course

Butler’s Golf Course in Elizabeth has seen many improvements since John Butler opened it for golf in 1928. Now you’ll find 36 well-maintained and challenging holes (not to mention breathtaking vistas, especially on the back 9’s). You can make tee times up to eight days in advance, you can enjoy savings with your free Frequent Play Card, you can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or even stay overnight at the B&B. Many of Butler’s 60 leagues welcome new players (women, men & couples; beginners to serious players). Groups of 20 to 144 are welcome to enjoy outings, from simple tee times (nice for traveling leagues) to full red-carpet golf festivals. Shotgun starts are available at selected times everyday. Delicious meals are optional, and can be served at the picnic area or in the banquet room. Butler’s is a beginner-friendly certified course, and one tee is even reserved for novices every Thursday at 7:00 pm. Quick Start group lessons are taught weekly by enthusiastic pros and are designed to allow new players to become comfortable on the course – just commit to three hour-long sessions and you’re off to a great start.
